National Symposium: Environmental Recovery Post-Court Verdict
Currently, there have been many cases of natural resources and the environment in court that have handed down recovery sentences through a valuation approach, both criminal cases, corruption and civil lawsuits. Unfortunately, there is no mechanism for managing and using compensation from valuation for environmental restoration through the law enforcement process. -

FGD: Indexing the governance and business conduct of mining practices in Indonesia
Thursday, 17 December 2020 - Auriga Nusantara held a virtual discussion to socialize about what and how the Responsible Mining Index (RMI) instrument works; asking for input from the stakeholders consisting of government, mining companies represented by associations and civil society organizations who are working on issues extractive industry.

While recognizing this regulation is an entry point to halt deforestation, Indonesian CSOs put forward a number of notes to improve the draft.
